My favorite cookbook ever! I want and will make every single recipe! I’ve been following Gaby wherever you possibly can and I’ve been waiting on this forever! I already made her fish tacos, double double cheeseburgers, pizza and chicken enchiladas. Her basil AND cilantro vinaigrette’s are EVERYTHING.

I love cookbooks bit this one has very little I want to try. The recipes are either extremely pretentious (ie. Charred Octopus Tacos, Garlic Chimichurri Mussels, Oysters with all the Sauces).... or Recipes with a couple dozen ingredients or recipes that have long prep times. Not a simple recipe book as it claims. Donated this one to charity.

Oh my gosh this cookbook is FANTASTIC. The recipes are easy to follow, and it feels like Gaby herself is walking you through the steps of each one. It's clear she loves her food, and she shares so many tips and tricks here. Additionally, I'm a horrible baker and I've already made the raspberry-white chocolate cheesecake bars and they came out perfectly and were insanely delicious. The whole book is a delight and I know many more of the recipes will make it into my arsenal!

I couldn't wait to get this book in the mail. I have been a fan of gaby for two years now. I bought her first cookbook on my kindle. This book has so many easy recipes. I have made five so far. I can't wait to make more. I add the recipes into my weekly meal prep.I love the tips and the pictures are perfect. The recipes range from breakfast all the way to dessert. My fiancé and I are love cooking the recipes together. I would recommend this book if you are someone who likes easy and versatile recipes.

This is really a beautiful cookbook. The photos are stunning, and it's written in such a friendly and accessible way. Reading through it makes me feel like my best friend just shared all her best recipes with me. Recipes are easy to follow, so making something successful and family-pleasing is easy too. There's a wide variety of recipes from simple basics like sauces and dips to throw-it-together dinners to big party-friendly dishes. I'm a fan of the What's Gaby Cooking blog, and this book delivers on the fresh, delicious, and fun food that drew me to Gaby in the first place. I've only made a couple recipes so far but I'm looking forward to cooking with this book regularly.

I received this along with another cookbook and I have to say, I was disappointed - especially after reading all the rave reviews. This seems like a great cookbook for entertaining or just trying different things, not for everyday sort of meals (thought there are some of those, just not as many as I would have liked). I wouldn't purchase again.

I love this book!! A lot of cookbooks have recipes that require a lot of different ingredients that I’ll never use again. This isn’t one of those. There are so many excellent and easy to follow recipes that require “normal” ingredients that I have at home or can easily find in my grocery store. Everything I’ve made has turned out DELICIOUS! I’m a big fan of Gaby Dalkin and have been following her on social media/blog for a while. Her voice and creativity in the kitchen shines through in What’s Gaby Cooking - this book is genius!!!
